I chose this example as I wanted to widen my research and have a varied amount of examples to work with to give me ideas for my own video.
The video on this website is .FLV which is the same as what Youtube use.
You can tell this as when I right-clicked on the video the Adobe Flash Player came up.
I think the target audience is for people who want to learn about adobe programs
